Date nights can take many forms, but there are some classic, often returned to, staples, such as a candle-lit dinner, a movie at the local theatre, or an art gallery. Those who live far from the buzz of a city centre though may find it few and far between to fulfil the gallery date…
That is until recent times and the introduction of online browsing and gallery views. So whilst some of the atmospheric sentiment may be lost, there is now all the art you could wish for at the touch of a screen! Why not go to a local park, or by a stream, or even just into the garden, and sit together and view some wonderful online romantic art on a a social media site, where you can even comment, or post your own art, and join in the art community. Here’s a link to get you started!
Mehndi is a common tradition done in Indian weddings where the bride has her hand and sometimes feed painted with beautiful patterns and designs — the perfect theme for a stunning Wedding Art piece! As the first Indian style design we’ve done, we’re EXTRA excited about this work of art. The warm gold background ties in the whole design beautifully. We love the idea of having a small snapshot of the day a couple said “I do”, especially because it also captures and represents the mehndi tradition as well!
The Russian Dolls
There’s nothing quite like a classic Babushka doll! As such an old part of Russian culture, these nesting dolls are not only a collectible or kid’s toy, but feature a stunning artistic style. Russian folk art contains tons of color and unique detail — the perfect design to feature your wedding vows! We recently launched the Russian Dolls design and we’re SO in love. Whether you have Russian roots and want something to reflect that, or you simply love the Russian artistic style, this work of art will beautifully show off your love and style!

Which means — TONS of new Wedding trends to share with all you soon-to-be couples. Our newest favorite trend? Dressing up your chairs! Not all of them of course (that could be a little bit over the top), but dressing up the chairs that you and your partner will sit in throughout the ceremony. We love the idea of adding something cute like a sign or flower wreath and matching it to your Wedding Art! Take a look at our top five favorites :)
